We want you to love your Baby Luck™ merchandise. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection, or return the merchandise for credit within 14 days of receipt. An item may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained and is required for all returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Baby Luck™ reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage. We will notify you via email of your credit once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We regret that we cannot refund post and packaging costs. We will of course refund these if the goods arrived damaged or in error. Please note that refunds for gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you choose to exchange the item, we cannot withhold that information from the payer.
